Anyone know anywhere where I could find instructions/plans to build it?

Thanks,

The Ballard Fuel Cell is a commercial product. I know someone who used to work in the R&D teams at Ballard. I can probably ask him.
"Say you're in a [chemical] plant and there's a snake on the floor. What are you going to do? Call a consultant? Get a meeting together to talk about which color is the snake? Employees should do one thing: walk over there and you step on the friggin snake." - Jean-Pierre Garnier, CEO of Glaxosmithkline, June 2006

That would be great. I've been doing research so I sort of get how it works now. They've got a great video on the Ballard website. www.ballard.com
