which one is more stable PCl3F2 or PCl2F3 ?

Element-halogen (E-X) bond strengths decrease in the order E-F > E-Cl > E-Br > E-I (cf. E = C).
This is rationalized by MO overlap arguments:  there is more effective overlap with the F 2p AO thus concentrating e⁻ density between the two +ve centers.  With this idea in mind you should be able to predict which of PCl3F2 or PCl2F3 is  thermodynamically the more stable.

PCl3F2 is more suitable rather then PCl2F3.
