recovery

hi,

I'm having problems to find the best way to obtain the recovery for my method, at the moment i'm developing a method for the quantification of three groups of compounds together, the calibrations curves were constructed by normalization with the specific internal standard (representative of each group). for samples quantification I added the three internal standards before extraction and the quantification was achieved by interpolating the normalized areas in the calibration curves. since I have at least 33 calibrations curves it seems impraticable to me to recovery each one from the sample. I found a easy way, but I don't know if it is the most correct... do the recovery for the internal standards and then correct the values for the compounds in the sample. if someone could help me...
