Titration of Orange Juice
«

Hi there,
recently I've received this assignment on titration
we have to research titration of orange juice and later on do the experiment. (have to provide my own oj D:)
but here is the problem,
i find these equations
Citric Acid
C3H5O(COOH)3 (aq) + 3 NaOH (aq) --> Na3C3H5O(COO)3 (aq) + 3 H2O (l)
Ascorbic Acid
HC6H7O6 (aq) + NaOH (aq) --> NaC6H7O6 (aq) + H2O (l)
we are required to find the concentration orange juice that we titrate but how am i supposed to find that?
When titrating the juice, I can't separate the Citric acid and the ascorbic acid can I? or is there some way of calculating it?
My method of titrating the juice:
standardising the NaOH with KHC8H4O4 then using the NaOH to titrate the diluted Orange juice.
edit: just realised that there are monosodium citrate, disodium citrate and trisodium citrate.
how would I know which of these i create during the titration and what are the uses.

You can used a standardized iodine solution against ascorbic acid. But first you must standardize the iodine solution with a substance such as sodium thiosulfate.

oh shoot....
should've mentioned I can only use KHC8H4O4, NaOH, phenolphthalein indicator, distilled water and juice
also the equipment I have at my disposal are pipette, burette, flasks, funnel and beakers
