I have to synthesize this, but i don't know how to name this mixture? can someone help?
and maybe some internet address, where i can learn more about this reactions.

The most comprehensive places to do structure searches online are probably SciFinder from Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) and Crossfire Commander from Beilstein. I didn't find your structure in Scifinder.

If this is really the structure you want to synthesize, my guess is that you will have to study the syntheses of related compounds and try to adapt them.

6,6-dimethyl-1-(pyridin-2-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-one

named by ChemDraw

This is going to require some research. What resources do you have access to? Is this for a class or are you doing research for another chemist or professor? If another chemist or professor, they may already have some reaction scheme or at least key reaction in mind.

If you are doing this as a synthesis exercise, you might want to check out this book:

Organic Synthesis: The Disconnection Approach

This will guide you through the process of retrosynthetic analysis and may help you work your way through reaction design.
