Known solution: Mixture Fe3+, Ba2+, and Pb+
Test solution: KSCN (potassium thiocyanate)
Observation: dark red/copper color, (aq)
? + KSCN(aq) -- > products
Would it be Fe(s) + Ba(s) + Pb(s) + KSCN(aq) -- >?
If so, how would you figure out what the products would be? I'm use to doing more simple chemical equations, such as, with two binary ionic compounds as the reactants.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
