Please let me know if there any organic chemistry journal that accepts the paper without HRMS or EA?

That depends.  If you're working on a methodology and publishing known compounds then HRMS isn't necessary for most journals.  If you're making new/unreported compounds, only low tier journals will accept your work without HRMS.

That depends.  If you're working on a methodology and publishing known compounds then HRMS isn't necessary for most journals.  If you're making new/unreported compounds, only low tier journals will accept your work without HRMS.

Tetrahedron letters were published papers without HRMS. you can check the journal by send message for the publisher.
