so here is a partial structure of the rings you specify, not 100% correct but it shows the answer to your question!

If you select the ring-B bond, you can "bring it to the front" in the object menu.

Thanks, I forgot that. ChemDraw can be a bit troublesome, especially with a Mac. Especially these days.
