Complex reactions
« on: December 06, 2011, 08:53:26 PM »
Im curious as to how this reaction works:

[Ni(NH3)6]Cl2*H2O + HCl ==>  ?

Complex is clumped together

I kind of have a idea but i asked my instructor and he said my idea was wrong, so i was wondering if someone could provide some assistance here

Thanks!

What happens if HCl reacts with ammonia? If you know this what happens with the complex and which one will be created instead. Note: it takes place in aquaeous solution.
