Does the attached molecule in orange look like 3,4-Diazabicyclo[4.6.0]dodeca-1,4-diene to you? That's the best job I could come up with for this molecule. I'm writing a response to a reviewer and this issue came up.

1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

ChemSketch calls it a 2,4a,5,6,7,8,9,10-octahydrocycloocta[d]pyridazine.
Not that I have a personal opinion

The [d] nomenclature is usually used when the whole system is conjugated. Thus, Chemsketch needed to add all those "hydro" units.
