Naltrexone is on page 6 as a schedule II compound. Incidentally, it has been made from codeine and morphine, also both controlled substances.

okay next question, how do I go about synthesizing codeine and morphine ?

is it possibly to synthesize these from opium ?
I don't have any idea of how to reach naltrexone, but I would be good if could plan a step by plan to reach starting from obtainable compounds.

We don't give this sort of help on these forums.  For pure edification, you can look it up on Wikipedia.  It gives general info, adequate for a school book report, and the like.
