It's an ester, isn't it?

Check if this page doesn't help:

(it helped me to name the acid part, naming ester shouldn't be difficult after that)

Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

The name of the product is
N,N'-((((4,5-dihydrothiazol-2-yl)(hydrosulfonyl)amino)sulfonyl)bis(4,1-phenylene))diacetamide

as given by ChemDraw.
As for the reaction I would say it is a sulfamidation.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
