Hi there,
First I have to mention that I have absolutely no idea of chemistry but I didn't know any place better than this to ask this question:
How can I check the tap water on any kind of poison or flourid using simple methods? Methods that require simple equipment you can buy in any market. Is that possible?
I am just not a fan of drinking water out of bottles any more cause of the leacking substances in the plastic of a standard bottle.

Briefly, your municipality probably tests its water at multiple points, and may consider testing yours at point of use.  They'll take a sample away and test it with dedicated instruments, and send you back a report.  There are also testing labs that will do it for you, for a fee.

I haven't seen anything that will test for fluorides, but many of the other contaminants that might fall into your general class of "poisons" are listed, including lead and various pesticides.
