Good evening folks.

I am trying to sequence the amino acids present in this tandem MS-MS spectrum:

I have tried labelling the Y and B ions but failed miserably. I know the principle lies behind substracting say y7 - y6 = to give molecular weight of one amino acid and so on...

I don't know where to start really.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh and peptide sequence is CF-Gly-Leu-Ala-Asp-Lys-Leu-Tyr-Ser

CF is carboxyfluorescein buts thats not really relevant atm.
