The dog gets even during "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" you can see it along with that clip.  This is very old school.  I think, maybe, these short video clips were included in "helper" plugins for IE years ago ... helper plugins that were actually data miners.  I think they went by the name Bonzai Buddy, or something like that.

Yes, I have seen it zillions years ago. I have a friend working in CGI animations, many years ago he was showing me everything new and interesting. Later we both moved and changed jobs and we are not seeing each other that often.
