Hi everybody, ok, first post...i think...my memory hasn't been that good for a while
, anyway, out of curiousity are there any special conditions required when heating Copper carbonate??? i can never remember....

I don't think so, the carbonate decomposes in Carbon dioxide and copper(II)oxide, I don't think that you need special conditions (e.g. temperature, catalyst, high pressure and so on)
