How to get CuCl2 only from Cu and HCl?
I know that they don't react directly so I thought to dissolve Cu in water and then to add HCl:
Cu+2H2O :rarrow: Cu(OH)2+H2
Cu(OH)2+2HCl :rarrow: CuCl2+2H2O
Is it so?

I think you will find that Cu does not dissolve in water. How come they don?t react directly?

HCl can't oxidize Cu.

Looks like you missed the hint.

What is a mechanism behind dissolution of metals in water? What is the oxidizing agent?

Hint: H2O ::equil:: H+ + OH-

Will copper dissolve in water if it doesn't dissolve in HCl?

I suppose not. I can't use any other substance than HCl and Cu to get CuCl2. If Cu and HCl are heated with air will it be formed then? I though:
Cu+2HCl+O2 :rarrow: CuCl2+H2O

I think you have the right idea.

If you heat copper, you will get copper oxide. 2Cu + O2 --> 2CuO
Copper oxide can react with HCl to form CuCl2 and water. CuO + 2HCl --> H2O + CuCl2

Then that adds up to your overall equation (you just have a slight balancing error in that equation).

Put the copper into the HCl and with a small aquarium pump you blow air through the solution. The copper will be dissolved.
