at room temperature the density if 2.00M HCl is 1.03g/ml and that of 2.00 M NaOH is 1.08 g/mL. calculate the mass of each if the two solutions. What will ne the mass of the resulting salt solution when these two are mixed.
equation given:
NaOH+HCl--> NaCl + H2O

Given 2.00M I would assume that one has 1 liter of the solutions.

2 M means only 2 mol/l . But the volume could be every vallue.
So he can mix 1.35 l with 2 ml or 6 l with 4,5 l, etc. Of course also equal 1 liter and 1 liter is possible.
