I need help with experimental design? chemistry

Sketch an experimental desing that can determine if there are any differences between methods that are used for check of the impurity of sample (HPLC, CE, TLC)
i need some explanation... pls

Well, we could use some explanation, as well.  OK.  Assuming you will only use the methods in parenthesis, what do you know about how they work?  And can you chose some analytes that are ideal for one analytical method in particular?  That could well be the beginnings of your experimental design.
