What do the Variables in this equation stand for?

ΔH = - (total mass)(C solution)(ΔTemperature) / n product.

What does 'C solution' and 'n product' stand for?

I'm guessing n equals mols but I want to double check, and I think C soln is some sort of constant, but I'm not sure what constant or how to find it.

All help is greatly appreciated.

Yup that is correct, n is moles and C is a constant, the heat capacity of the solution.
