this reaction work?

Will be a Sn1 (by carbocation) or Sn2 (in one step like written)? (i'm not shure cause it's a 2nd alcohol)

Well this should work as written.
A primary carbocation is not the most stable of species.
Ethanol is not a secondary alcohol it is a primary alcohol.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!
