Complexometric titration for iron(III) determination?

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I'm determining iron(III) in a solution of breakfast cereal for a project. I know I've got to use salicylic acid, but other than that, no advice has been given.
Any ideas? Thanks

If you're using salicylic acid, I think you will be using EDTA as the titrant. Look up EDTA titration for iron. Salicylic acid happens to be the indicator here
