Reversible isothermal expansion

For the second step in the problem below, which is a reversible isothermal expansion, how does one conclude to take the natural log of (Pi/Pf) in place of (Vf/Vi)? I've been at it for 40 minutes now. Thanks.

Ideal Gas

PV=nRT

Isothermal, hence T=const.

PiVi=PfVf

Damn that's mindblowing, thank you. I'll have to reread the chapter to find out why you can just do that though.
