TEA salt

my compound has urea linkage  and after i purified it with column i got TEA salt along with it. i dont know how to remove it as my compound is water soluble and its HCL salt too is completely soulble in water, its solubility is only in chloroform methanol 50:50 ratio. can anyone suggest me how to remove TEA salt from it?

Can you give the structure, or at least the functional groups present?

Triethylamine is volatile, and can be removed with a speedvac or lyophilizer.  Warning: if the counter-ion isn't volatile, you will concentrate it, generally as the acid.  Even if the counter-ion is slightly less volatile (for example, acetate,) you may temporarily concentrate the acid, which may be too harsh an environment for your desired product.
