R and S configuration

i want to know whether bromo fluoro ethane is R or S configured
It has flourine at the right, CH3 at the left, Hydrogen at the top and Br at the bottom

I see no compound. You can draw it and upload the file to your post.

Draw the structure you are talking about.
Then post the file in the Forum (under additional options).
Then we will be able to see exactly what you are talking about and see if you require further assistance.
