I am currently doing a project that involves making poster colours, using common chemicals in the lab. I have a sample from last year, but it is rather incomplete. I cannot guess the compound formed in this case, could anybody help me? Refer attached image.
It turns out blue in colour, as the name suggests, therefore I would rule out basic copper carbonate, for it is green.
Help is appreciated.

I am sorry but I just found out that basic copper carbonate may be blue as well, so, thread is solved. Should have googled instead. Apologies again.
