Raman Spectroscopy test for Lead
« on: November 01, 2012, 09:34:00 PM »
I'm doing a project for Instrumental Analysis class and I'm testing pottery from Mexico for lead. I was hoping to use our atomic absorption spectrometer but my prof is really interested in me using our Raman spectrometer...how can it be used to determine the concentration of lead? I'm not sure how to go about doing it..

I do not think it is possible to use Raman Spectroscopy.
