There are tables of pKs values.

We have, in some ways, arbitrarily named some acids strong and week.  However, once you know some common ones, you can look them up on a table of pKa values, like Hunter2: said, and see where ine new acid lies.  You can also determine it experimentally for any new acid made, and apply the correct name.
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.

is it possible to tell that this is weak acid, this is strong acid by simply seeing its colour?

No, most of the acids are colourless.
