Your question is too broad for an internet forum. Get a book about organic spectroscopy from your library, some general organic texts even have a chapter on this - it is too much material to be reproduced here. Possibly useful search terms might be "NMR splitting patterns", "2D NMR correlation experiments", "nuclear Overhauser effect" etc., but I would recommend getting a textbook that will start you off with the basics (like splitting patterns) and logically guide you to more complicated areas (like 2D NMR and NOE).
