(if I did my algebra correctly) For the intercept replot, the y-intercept is 1/Vmax and the slope is Vmax/Kii.  I have not yet looked at the algebra for the slope replot, but I have to leave shortly.

Do you have any guess why you were asked for the values of alpha and alpha'?
