Question and attempt at part of an answer:

The Fmoc/Boc part of the question I can probably figure out later but mostly I'm having trouble with the mechanism for the amide linked resin and don't know if the first mechanism is correct/close to correct
Any help would be nice, thanks.

Looks OK. The other 2 Ph rings are also involved in the resonance, thus stabilizing the cation even further.
