Influenza Cure with Alcohol

I recently came down the the current Flu going around, and I was reading a little about it. Since it has a lipid envelope, would it be possible to deactivate alot of the virions with enough alcohol?

Do try to realize that your own tissues likewise have lipid membranes.  You can't safely consume sufficient ethanol to disable a virus.

Although you can easily consume enough that you don't care anymore...
