Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of finding a synthesis to create this compound. I'm going to try using it in a research project, it's not homework or anything. I'm not even sure if the formula name is correct. (3,3'-diaminodipropyl disulfide dihydrocloride). I've attached a picture of what it looks like.

I don't know if it'd be possible to make a disulfide of this compound? That would suffice as well, as that could be easily converted into the full compound with two of the disulfide groups attached.

I've tried searching the formula and the name and don't really have

Do you mean this? Because I can't see your picture.

Yes, that's essentially the same molecule:

I know that if I can make or buy the disulfide form, I can create the whole molecule.

I've been working with 2,2'-diaminodiethyl disulfide dihydrochloride, and am wondering if the above mentioned molecule can be worked with in my undergraduate research as well, but need to be able to create or buy that molecule. I'm not even sure if the above mentioned name is correct. I've done a bit of research online and haven't been able to find much, and my adviser doesn't have too many ideas right now, and advised me to look more online to see if I can find a synthesis or a chemical company that I can outright buy the molecule from, so I'm wondering if anyone here has any ideas or knows of a synthesis, or could point me in the right direction to find one.

Why not start with 3-Aminopropane-1-thiol, and synthesize the disulfide from that?
