What are the effects of the lowered vapor pressure of a solution as compared to the pure solvent on the freezing and boiling points of the solution? Explain why these effects are observed

Strange question. Lowered vapor pressure is not a cause, it is already an effect. It can be related to other effects, but correlation doesn't mean causation.
