Though i would put a little plug in here for an app to go alongside my chemisode podcast that can be found on itunes / youtube.  It has all links to all the videos (still growing) and over 250 flashcards on topics like:

Atomic Theory History
Atomic structure
Bonding models. (metals, ionic, covalent)
The mole.
Basic Organic chemistry.

It is the first of 4 apps all written for the VCE chemistry course in australia.  The course covers most topics covered in other parts of the world.  Have a look.
