Hi! I'm in HS chemistry and we're balancing chemical equations, but our teacher neglected to explain it to us and we don't have any of the actual equations for the elements. D: I'm so confused!!!
These are what we're doing-
1. hydrobromic acid + manganese (II) hydroxide = manganese bromide + water
2. potassium bicarbonate (heated) = potassium carbonate + water + carbon dioxide
3. cesium oxide + water = cesium hydroxide
4. ethane + oxygen = carbon dioxide + water
5. diphosphorus pentoxide + water = phosphoric acid
6. iron + copper (II) sulfate = iron (III) sulfate + copper
7. carbon dioxide + water = carbonic acid
8. ammonia + oxygen = nitrogen dioxide + water
9. sodium hydroxide + aluminum sulfate = sodium sulfate + aluminum hydroxide
10. ammonium hydroxide (heated) = ammonia + water
11. potassium iodide + bromine = potassium bromide + iodine
12. benzene + oxygen = carbon dioxide + wayer
13. iron (III) oxide + carbon monoxide = iron + carbon dioxide
14. phosphoric acid + lithium hydroxide = lithium phosphate + water
D: Any help AT ALL would be appreciated, I am clueless! x.x
