Need Help Interpreting Chemistry Patents

Hello,
 I am in search of a soap/detergent chemist familiar with Wetting Agents/Surfactants, Polyphosphates who can help me interpret a patent. Hopefully somebody who works in the detergent soap industry. I have zero chemistry in my background.
