Can anyone help me please. I must prepare 30% H2O2 from 35% H2O2. I need an equation.

10ml 35% h2o2+1.17 ml h2o=30%h2o2

These numbers look pretty random to me, please elaborate how you got them.

Also note without knowing densities of 30% and 35% H2O2 this question can't be solved using volumes. It can be solved using masses though.
