How do I know how much to consume marijuana can not exceed 150 nanograms in anti doping test.
This is the new rule of international anti doping committee for olympic sports.

These are individual things, both in terms of amount of THC in the dried weed and organism response. Thus the only simple answer to your question is: don't smoke at all.

It obviously depends on individual but I guess it will be hard tast to acomplish. THC has pretty high half-life in body (30-50 hours) and because of its lipofilic nature it could concentrate in body fat so it takes long time to get rid of it and can be detected long after yo stopped smoking. So.. dont smoke

When the test one of your pubic hairs they will know what you been doing over a long time.

I assume they use

150 nanogram

to exclude those from failing due to being unlucky enough to be exposed to secondary smoke

Or perhaps in many places it is a legal drug. Dunno.

It is highly dependent on variety. You'll have to extractit from your plant of choice, and use an HPLC to make a standard calibration curve using a known standard.

150 nanograms is a pretty insignificant amount unless you are exposed to second hand or something. i wouldn't try and smoke just enough to stay below that threshold.
