What is the percentage of copper in post-1982 pennies? (The density of copper is 8.92 g/ml and the density of zinc is 7.14 g/ml) The average mass of post-1982 pennies that i measured was 2.496 g.   Does anyone know how to figure out the percentage of copper in post-1982 pennies with this information? i'm stuck, Thanks.
