finding moles

n = m/M

i know the molar mass of nitrogen is 14.01 but i do not know the weight of nitrogen used.

do i use v1/t1=v2/t2 some how? i do not know how to do this question.

First of all "Finding moles" sounds like a gangster movie title :P

Secondly, it is nitrogen gas. Are you sure the molar mass is 14.01?

Thirdly, you're given T,P,V all for only one situation/state. You do not have data for a second state of the gas. So, V1/T1=V2/T2 is not possible. Now, you need to find moles of the gas present (n) using P,V,T. What equations of state pop into your head?
