You will get a better response if you post your problem here. If you can't give details then make it general to encompass the problem.

Hello all,

I am a student in dire need of some organic expertise.  I have been stuck on this particular synthesis for quite a while.  If anyone has the time to help me out I would be more than grateful.

Can you post the question(s) here? Forum rules dictate you show some workings

Its all in the rules, but briefly, we don't do that.  Someone else may want to use some possible answers for this same or another question.

If you have some starting ideas, we'd like to give you some hints.

What do you know about protecting groups for alcohols and ketones? Reagents like TMS chloride and   things for ketal formation? These reagents might allow you to selectively react things with the acid portion. There might be ways to do the transformation without protecting groups, also.

These are just hints though, you really should show more effort.
