Can you please advise me on the procedures for processing raw Nitenpyram CAS#150824-47-8 to be used orally as a flea killer in cats and dogs.

Briefly, we don't do that here.  We like to help people learn, but we don't endorse helping people use something in vivo.  It doesn't matter if its food or medicine, prescription or OTC or legal or "not legal but should be", or in this case, for veterinary purposes.

Also note, you didn't ask anything a person could answer.  I don't understand "procedures for processing" -- do you mean synthesis of a pharmaceutical from raw materials, purification to USP grade, compounding into usable medicine?  Or do you mean all of those?
Hey, I'm not judging.  I just like to shoot straight.  I'm a man of science.
