You can readily purchase it

If you don't have access to this material then you probably don't have access to the materials needed to prepare it benzene-d6

Why should you make it yourself?

This sounds like an extremely inefficient use of your time when it is commercially available.

But if you want to give it a go then there is a published procedure here, althoug I don't know what the yields will be.

Perhaps it is not that you really should make it, but you are asked to design a synthesis route that will yield C6D6?

That hadn't occured to me, I am too trusting.

i tried some ways to do it, but all of them failed

perhaps you could share with us which methods you have tried so that we may discuss why they failed.

I used a reflux condenser & Pt/C+D2O+Benzne system @180C & H2 atmosfer, but all of benzne leave the flask and reflux condenser couldn't return benzene to the flask

Are you using a balloon to introduce the hydrogen or bubbling a stream of hydrogen through the reaction?

That's your problem you are blowing all of the very volatile benzene out of the top of the condenser.

Do you have to heat to reflux?

yeah I have to heat for efficiency increment, i should used seal tube for this system, but i can't ensure the safety of the system, you know There is a possibility of a hydrogen gas explosion.

You need a septa on top of your condenser through that you should insert a wide bore needle which is long enough to reach all the way down the condenser to the vortex caused by the stirrer. On to this needle you need the barrel of a syringe with a balloon filled with hydrogen on the large end, held in place by parafilm.

You will need to vacuum purge the system three or four times with nitrogen, then the same with the hydrogen.

Provided you don't over fill the balloon this will act as a buffer to the pressure when the reaction heats up.

i can't exactly understand what do U mean, if i close all discharge and forget to vacuum purge with nitrogen what will happen, bommmmmmmmmmmmmmm ahan

Think of it this way, what happens when you catalyse the reaction between O2 and H2 In an open system?

Now think of what will happen if highly flammable benzene is present.

If you are prone to forget to follow procedures correctly in chemistry you are likely to injure yourself and others!
