Does anyone know any methods of immobilising 'isomerase'?

Generally speaking (as you, Alex, are doing at the moment), the most accurate way of purifying enzymes is,
in my opinion
,
affinity chromatography
.
This means you have to find a specific inhibitor for your isomerase.
