what is the possible reasons that decrease the conversion in the second reactor which is in series?
1st reactor is CSTR, 2nd is PFR?
the reason like mulfunction of pump and dead zone..any idea?

Could be a butterfly sneezing in New York.
Really, you need to give us more details to go by. This is the equivalent of "My car runs very noisy. It's white in color. Could it be the spark plugs? Any idea? "
