I think sigma aldrich has got a good database of ir spectra. their chemicals catalogue itself provides ir of many compounds. there is one reference book on ir spectra in our library too. i dont remember it right now. but i will get it for you.

The catalogue itself doesn't contain the IR spectra, but there is often a cross-reference to the Aldrich Compendium of IR Spectra, the other book you mentioned.
