Can hydrogen 3 be used for a source of heat or to power some sort of heating unit. I'm wondering why no one has proposed building telescopes on the dark side of the moon. I understand its not "dark" all the time however, it would seem to me it would be much easier to be on a solid surface with no atmosphere and not have to compensate for the constant movement of being in orbit.
I imagine the biggest road block would the drastic change in temperature which is where the hydrogen 3 could come into play as a cheap and abundant source of energy.
