How do i calculate phosphate concentrations of the four different states assuming physiological conditions.
pH 7.4
H3PO4    pKa=2.12
H2PO4    pKa=7.21
HPO4     pKa=12.67
PO4       pKa=

See equations 9.11-9.13. They are for a diprotic acid, but it is quite easy to generalize for any acid.
