so I guess the peak at 2.9 ppm is a quartet, at 1.6 is a multiplet, at 1.2 is a doublet and at 0.9 is a triplet
and also, it is given that the signal at 4.9 ppm disappeared upon D
2O exchange, which indicates a hydroxyl group
Therefore, I'm guessing the sturcture is
